With AiO Flash Mixer you can create SWF files from scratch, join various SWF files into one, add text and images, apply actions, move a concrete frame of the animation, resize, rotate, change the wallpaper or remove fragments. Of course, you can also regulate the timeline up to adjusting it to the exact playback time you want.
